Common questions

What is AI search visibility, AEO or GEO?
How often AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews name and recommend your business when people ask about your service. Answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) are the names for the work that improves it.
Can you guarantee my business will be recommended by ChatGPT?
No, and nobody can. Google says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google, and AI answers change from one run to the next. What we commit to is the work and the measurement: the sources built and kept current, the content shipped, and a weekly report showing how often each engine names you.
How long does it take to see results?
The first month is setup. Listings and reviews usually show in Perplexity and ChatGPT answers within weeks, and Google's AI answers move over one to three months. We treat week six as the first real read and week twelve as the reliable one, which is why the minimum term is three months.
What does one client per category per city mean?
While you are a client, we will not work with a competitor in your category in the cities you serve. The category and cities are written into the agreement. If you leave, the slot opens again.
Do I keep my listings if I stop?
Yes. Your Google Business Profile, Yelp page, listings, reviews and website pages are yours, and we hand back every login and export within five business days.
How do you measure it?
Every week we put your buyer questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers through their official APIs and licensed data services, several times each and set to your city, and report how often you are named as a share of all answers, against five named competitors. A single screenshot is not a measurement, because AI answers change from one run to the next.
Do you work on Wix, WordPress or Squarespace sites?
Yes. We write and publish service pages and answers inside the site you already have. We do not rebuild or redesign websites.
What will you not do?
No fake or incentivized reviews, no keyword-stuffed business names, no fake listings or manufactured mentions, and no promises of placement. Each of these breaks Google's or the FTC's rules and can get a business profile suspended.
