This policy explains what information Opteamus LLC ("Opteamus", "we") collects through opteamus.net and how we use it. Opteamus LLC is a US company with its address at 444 Alaska Avenue, Suite #Bdg937, Torrance, CA 90503.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company or role, the service you are interested in, how you heard about us and your message.
- Call bookings: when you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there, under Calendly's own privacy policy.
- How you found us: our site keeps a small note in your browser of how you first arrived (for example a search engine, an AI assistant or another website) and the page you landed on, and includes it when you book a call or send a message. It contains no personal details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the site.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, provide services you ask for, and keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

- Netlify, which hosts this website.
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Calendly, which handles call bookings.
These providers process data on our behalf to deliver their service. Our team, including staff in Dhaka, Bangladesh, may read inquiries in order to respond to them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any working relationship that follows, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing aqib@opteamus.net. We will respond within 30 days.
Client data
Data we handle while doing work for clients is covered by each client's agreement with us, not by this website policy.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
