What is Google Business Profile management?

How much does Google Business Profile management cost?
Ours starts at $295 a month for Essentials and $595 a month for Map Pack, per location, with no setup fee, month to month with 30 days' notice. Map Pack adds a review request system, listings on the other directories and tracking against five named competitors.
Can you guarantee a spot in the Google map pack?
No. Google says no one can guarantee a top ranking, and your distance from the person searching is something nobody controls. We commit to the work and to measuring it every week with the rank grid.
What is a rank grid?
A check of where your business appears on Google Maps from many points across your service area, here a 7 by 7 grid, instead of from one address. It shows where you are strong and where competitors win, and we re-run it every week.
Can you remove fake or unfair reviews?
We report reviews that break Google's policies through Google's own process, with the evidence, and follow up. Google makes the decision, so we cannot promise a removal. We never write, buy or offer incentives for reviews.
Is this exclusive in my city?
No. Google Business Profile management is not exclusive, so we may work with other businesses in your category. AI search visibility includes this work and is one business per category per city.
Do I keep ownership of my profile?
Yes. You stay the owner and we work as a manager. If you stop, you remove our access and keep everything.
