Signal-based outreach
Signal-based outreach from $795 a month
We find the companies and people in your market with a reason to buy now, verify every signal against its source, and reach them on LinkedIn and email in your voice.
What a signal is
A reason to talk now
Which signals matter depends on what you sell. These are the ones we use most.
Leadership
New in the top seat
A new CEO, president or owner in the last year is re-setting priorities, advisors and vendors.
Hiring
Roles they cannot fill
An open role that stays open, or a first controller or operations leader, shows a need your service may solve.
Growth
New projects, locations and funding
Expansion creates work and budget, and the people running it need help fast.
Change
Ownership and structure
Acquisitions, mergers and leadership transitions open the door to new relationships.
Verification
Every signal is verified against its source
Data providers get titles and dates wrong. Before anyone is contacted, we check each signal against a public source and keep the link on the prospect record. Signals the source contradicts are dropped, and the prospect is contacted only if they still fit your ideal customer. The same applies to the list itself: Sales Navigator filters and boolean searches are only a starting point, because keyword matches can come from a past job or an adjacent title (Findymail playbook, checked Oct 29, 2026). In our own campaigns about half of the results fail manual review, sometimes more, including inactive profiles that would otherwise still receive an invitation. A person reviews every prospect for fit on their current role before the name goes into a campaign.
Volume
300 new decision makers a month per profile
We contact 300 new decision makers a month per LinkedIn profile, starting with the prospects showing signals and filling the rest with prospects who closely fit your ideal customer. That keeps volume steady even in markets where signals are scarce.

Price
Signal-based outreach at a fraction of agency prices
Signal-based outbound agencies are usually priced well above that. One, for example, says most of its engagements run $3,000 to $6,000 a month once the system is live, with a three-month minimum for the first program (Danish Lead Co., checked October 2026). What is included differs from agency to agency, so compare scope as well as price. Opteamus starts at $795 a month plus a $295 one-time setup, month to month with no minimum commitment and 7 days' notice to cancel, and you approve every message. Compare lead generation prices.
FAQ
Common questions
What is signal-based outreach?
Outreach that starts from buying signals instead of a static list. A buying signal is a sign that a company or person has a reason to talk to you now, such as a new leader, an open role they cannot fill, a new project or location, fresh funding or fast hiring. Prospects showing a signal are contacted first, with a message that fits their situation.
How much does signal-based outreach cost?
Opteamus starts at $795 a month for 300 new decision makers a month per LinkedIn profile plus a $295 one-time setup, month to month with no minimum commitment and 7 days' notice to cancel, with appointment setting available for $150 a month. Signal-based agencies we have seen quote $3,000 to $6,000 a month.
How do you verify signals?
Every signal is verified against its source before anyone is contacted: a press release, job post, company page or news item, with the link kept on the prospect record. A signal we cannot confirm is dropped.
Where do the signals come from?
B2B data on people and companies (leadership changes, hiring, headcount growth, funding), job postings, company news and public records, matched to the signals that matter for what you sell.
What if my market has few signals?
We contact 300 new decision makers a month per LinkedIn profile, starting with the prospects showing signals and filling the rest with prospects who closely fit your ideal customer.
Is every prospect signal-based?
No, and we will not claim that. Signal supply varies by market, so most campaigns combine signal prospects with close ideal-customer fits. Each prospect record shows which signal, if any, applies.
Do you just use Sales Navigator filters to build the list?
No. Filters and boolean searches are where we start, not where we stop. Sales Navigator matches keywords anywhere in a profile, so exports include people in past roles, adjacent titles, companies that no longer fit and inactive profiles. In our own campaigns about half of the results fail manual review, sometimes more. We research each prospect with AI tools and a person confirms the current role, the company and the buying signal before anyone is contacted. Names that do not hold up are removed.
How do I keep track of the replies?
Every reply your campaign brings in, on LinkedIn, InMail or email, lands in one response dashboard, kept apart from your everyday LinkedIn conversations, so replies are hard to miss. You see who each lead is and what they do, label each reply (interested, follow up, meeting booked and so on), and use it as a simple CRM for your follow-ups. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Raynet, and to other CRMs through Zapier or webhooks. If you answer the replies yourself, we also send a weekly reminder of any that still need a response.
